Registration Process:
1. Group Leader/Youth Minister completes an online registration form (see link below)
2. Confirmation email with portal login info and links for liability forms is sent to GL
KEEP THIS EMAIL!
3. Group Leader sends appropriate link to each potential participant
4. Each participant completes liability form via link - and is then registered
5. All current registered participants show up on Group Leader's portal.
6. NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $60 per registrant due at time of registration.
There must be one adult chaperone (over the age of 21) for each group of 1-8 same-gender youth. Young adults are welcome and may serve as small group helpers, but not as chaperones. Anyone graduating prior to 2021 and younger than 21 at the time of the conference is considered a Young Adult and will need to be screened as an adult. All Adults and Young Adults must be in compliance with the Safe Environment policies at their home parish.
Group Leader: Adult who serves as main contact prior to and during conference
Youth: Incoming high school freshmen through 2021 graduated high school seniors
Chaperone: Adult at least 21 years old
Young Adult: Graduated prior to 2021 and under 21 years old
Conference Cost On-Campus option -- $230 per person (incl. $60 non-refundable deposit)
Dorm housing at Gonzaga University and five meals included
Conference Cost Off-Campus option -- $170 per person (incl. $60 non-refundable deposit)
Registration and three meals included (breakfasts NOT included)
(No cost for non-chaperone priests attending with group.)
If you choose to stay off campus, limited rooms are available at group rates at the following:
Ruby River Hotel (used to be Red Lion River Inn): $109 single, double, triple, or quad per night. Includes basic continental breakfast for two (additional breakfasts may be purchased for $10 each). To reserve, call Ruby River Hotel 509-326-5577 and for the Steubenville NW room block. MUST BOOK BY JUNE 24
Immaculate Heart Retreat Center, 6910 S. Ben Burr Rd, Spokane 99223
Double twin bed rooms $50 per person for shared double rooms and $90 for single rooms. Price is for the two-night stay. No breakfast included. Contact Kristen Parker at kparker@ihrc.net 509-448-1224 x100 to reserve.

There is limited housing available at Bishop White Seminary on Gonzaga's campus.
Please indicate your need for housing on your registration form.
Priests assigned outside of the Diocese of Spokane must provide a Testimony of Suitability for Ministry. Priests accompanying groups will register through their Group Leader. Priests attending independently, please REGISTER HERE

Deacon/Seminarian/Religious Sisters (NOT attending with group and NOT volunteering) Costs:
We will provide a meal bracelet for lunch and dinner on Saturday. Lodging in 2-bedroom apartments at Gonzaga is available ($35/night). Please indicate "Housing Needed" on registration form if desired. REGISTER HERE
NOTE: Deacons, Seminarians and Religious Sisters accompanying groups will register through their Group Leader. Those who want to serve as Volunteers, please register below.

Our volunteers are the reason we are able to offer this life-changing weekend to the youth of the Northwest. We are so very thankful for each and every one. Starting Thursday and continuing through Sunday afternoon, we welcome any time you are able to commit to helping us out. As a Steubenville Northwest volunteer, you will be given the opportunity to sign up to serve in particular areas (e.g. ushering, bookstore, first aid, etc.). If your preference isn’t available, we appreciate your willingness to serve where needed.
Volunteer Costs:
It costs $65 for meals and $70 for housing per person over the conference weekend. Donations are appreciated to offset this cost.
Volunteer Housing:
Out of town volunteers may be housed on Gonzaga University's campus in two- bedroom apartments. Please indicate this need on your registration form.
Alternative lodging is available at Ruby River Hotel. To reserve, call
