Spiritus Ministries Northwest is a Washington non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation formed in 2003 with two principals, Bob Falkner and Peggy Martinez. Our ministry is two-fold.
We seek to provide opportunities for teens in the Pacific Northwest to experience their Catholic faith in ways that will leave a lasting impression on their lives and souls. The faith-building opportunities we have dedicated to youth at this time are the annual STEUBENVILLE NORTHWEST weekend high school youth conference, INCREASE (a community service project), and FIREFALL (a one-day teen retreat).
We plan and sponsor retreats and trainings for adults who work specifically with teens in the Catholic church setting. These special events create opportunities for a renewal of the Holy Spirit, empowering adults to "recharge the batteries" and hone the technical and practical skills they use in working with teens as they lead them closer to Jesus Christ.
