CONFERENCE DETAILS
  Cost $195 per participant which covers two nights' lodging in Gonzaga
  University dorms, five meals, all conference activities. An optional Sunday box        lunch will be available for purchase for $5 (pre-order on Friday).
  • $50 deposit required to secure each spot.  Deposits are non-refundable
  and non-transferable outside of youth group.   Due by May 31, 2012.

  • Each group must have one adult per eight youth, including one chaperone for each gender.  Chaperones must be at least 21 years old.

  • Participants include Group Leader, Chaperone (over 21 years old), Young Adult (19-20 years old, assisting youth minister in a non-chaperone role),
  Youth (high school aged thru 18), Priest (registration fee waived)
